We will provide you the option to refund your order up to 5 days after your purchase. After this point we will issue no refunds as we will generally incur project costs related to your order.
Refunds and cancellations
Monthly memberships: You can cancel at any time and you won't be charged again.
Annual memberships: If you cancel within 30 days of an annual payment, we'll refund that payment in full. After that, your membership continues until the end of the year you've paid for and won't renew.
Business memberships: To cancel, get in touch and we'll take care of it, following the terms above.
One-off contributions: If something has gone wrong with a contribution, get in touch and we'll refund it.
